Well-being is the state of being comfortable, healthy and happy in your own skin, learning to love yourself and your situation and making the most of your life.

God calls us to live a well life to the full and there are so many scriptures in the bible that clearly tell us how this can be done and what a well life means. 2 Timothy 1:7 – ”For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control” 

For me wellbeing is all about self love and self control. How can we go out into the world loving others and being genuinely empathetic without having internal love and appreciation for ourselves and the life God has given us? 

I believe having a well life means being disciplined with creating healthy habits and boy, that takes a lot of self-control right?  And of course my favourite scripture in explaining the importance of fulfilling a healthier happier life -is John 10:10 – ”The thief came only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” 

If our creator is calling us to have a full life in abundance, clearly that means being happier and healthier is something we should seek from within, putting our well being first, after all I don’t see how you can help others or save the world if you’re mentally and, or physically not whole yourself. 

So how’s your well being, and what does it mean to you? 


The More Healthy You Are The More Happier You Are

”That is very true”I chose this particular youtube video for this page because these kids said it all. Simple, straight to the point and yes very true. When we get asked about what wellbeing means to us we begin to stutter, overthink or just say uum ”being well?” but do we actually know what that means, and are we doing the most to maintain a healthy wellbeing where we are comfortable in our skin and want to take better care of ourselves so we can take better care of others?

It’s all good and well wanting to be there for others, take care of them or make the world a better place, but how can we achieve this and to a full degree if we’re ill or the time, feeling low or not 100% in ourselves? The truth is we can to some point but not without burning out.

So on this page, I want to motivate you to get comfortable with being you, being confident, healthy and happy while finding different ways, creating new habits and staying motivated to see them through in transformation!
