Benefits of aloe vera

 Benefits Of Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera is literally what I would call a God-given miracle plant for all our bodily and beauty needs. This magic plant can literally be used for EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING. The plant itself is used all over the world as a medical plant in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries due to its high levels of minerals, vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants. So it’s been really hard to knuckle down and give only 6 benefits as the list could go on.

I’ll mainly highlight the ”main” benefits that I’ve noticed myself since investing in pure aloe vera products. Now let me make this clear to all, you can be active or inactive regarding your health, hygiene or skincare, either or will still see results from using Aloe vera. You don’t have to be ”ill’ as some would say to get better. Getting better is simply improving from wherever you currently are and if you don’t want to improve then, well, bye. As you should know by now this blog is all about being transformed. We can’t stay a caterpillar all the time because the ground is warm and feels safe, eventually, we gotta fly and elevate!

1. Benefits Of Aloe Vera: Skincare

Benefits of aloe vera- skincare

Let’s kick it off with skincare. Seeming as I have very acne-prone skin due to unbalanced hormones, my skin can get irritated very quickly and breaks out whenever stressed, going through my menstrual cycle, consuming too much dairy and gluten or simple when it’s bored and decides it needs new spots.  Not ideal!  I would say overall I have an oily type skin because with or without moisture, my face still seems to shine (this wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t cause breakouts)

According to an article from Baylor College of Medicine, ”Aloe vera contains antioxidants, enzymes, Vitamins A and C, and it is highly anti-inflammatory. It can help treat burns, acne and dry skin.”

There’s some great aloe-based facial products as well as the pure aloe vera gel that helps with literally everything! Skin youthfulness, clearing, soothing and moisturising. Check out some of the products on in the skincare section.

2. Better Bowel Movement

That’s right, nice clean and straight forward poos! I don’t know about you but I can’t sit down for ages, in pain squeezing or just waiting for it to get going! Especially when you wake up in the morning and have places to be things to do!.

Since I’ve been drinking my Aloe Vera drinking gel, I can proudly say this is no longer an issue.

3. Improves Immune System

Imagine living a life where you’re always healthy, no sick says no getting ill and feeling horrible. Imagine how much more you’d be able to do, how confident you would feel, wouldn’t that be amazing?

If you regularly drink aloe vera then you’re building and boosting your bodies internal health standards to fight against bad bacteria and illnesses. You’re less likely to catch a cold and feel a lot healthier knowing you’ll most likely never have to take antibiotics.

4.  Detox And Weight Loss

AAYY, the one I presume most of you ladies have been looking for. Ok so, you probably got onto this page because you’re interested in purchasing the Aloe Vera drinking gel that I highly recommend for maintaining your figure, clearing out your system and helping you lose that excess fat.  Aloe vera essentially detoxes the body by clearing out all the waste and toxins that build up and get stored as fat and decrease our metabolic rate so we struggle to digest food quickly enough before the next meal.

Aloe vera acts as a laxative, detoxifies the body and manages your appetite.  Sounds like something you need more of in your life? Then what are you waiting for, try the drink for yourself and let me know how it’s benefitted you.
